Shipping policy

Because we use a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Shipping times may be longer than traditional stores.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Domestic Delivery: 7–15 business days (depending on supplier location)

  • International Delivery: 10–30 business days

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number if available. Please allow extra time for shipping due to customs or courier delays.

Cattel is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections or import procedures

  • Carrier or courier delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in resolving the issue and may provide a store credit for defective items.

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties in their country.
